Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Shipping times listed on the website are estimates. Ready-to-ship items will typically ship within 5 business days of purchase.

If significant delays occur, I will do my best to contact you. If you need your order by a specific date, please feel free to reach out before purchasing and I will do my best to let you know if that timeline is possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS or another trusted carrier depending on package size and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to change the shipping address. To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your address during checkout. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm your shipping information and re-ship the package at your expense.

Shipping Consolidation

If you place multiple separate orders, I’m happy to combine them into one package when possible, as long as the orders have not already been shipped.

Please email me with your order numbers so I know to combine them and refund any additional shipping costs.

If I am not notified, orders may ship separately.

Shipping Delays

While Little Good Things Studio works hard to ship orders quickly, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Little Good Things Studio is not responsible for packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by USPS or the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or that have been marked as delivered but were not received.

If your package was:

  • Delivered to the wrong address

  • Lost after delivery

  • Stolen from your location

please contact USPS directly to open a claim. They will be able to help investigate the delivery and provide next steps. If your product arrives damaged, please email hello@littlegoodthings.studio within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, tracking number, and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll review the situation and determine the best next step.
